An Unsupervised Intelligent Fault Diagnosis System Based on Feature Transfer

With the booming development of intelligent manufacturing in modern industry, fault diagnosis systems have become a necessity to equipment and machine, which attracted many researchers’ attention. However, due requirements enough labeled data for most current approaches, it is difficult implement them real industrial scenarios. In this paper, an unsupervised system based on feature transfer constructed extract historical source domain, using facilitate target domain. The original set acquired by EEMD time-frequency analysis. Then, component analysis algorithm adopted minimize distance between marginal distributions domains reduces discrepancy features different domains. Finally, SVM used multiclassification identify categories faults. performance under loads tested CWRU bearing set, experiments show that proposed could effectively improve recognition ability diagnosis.
